Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our early growth company.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  All returns will be assessed a $10.00 restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  The drawstring bag must be returned with your shoes in order to receive a complete refund.  Without the bag, the shoes cannot be resold and therefore will be charged an additional $20 restocking fee. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@yesathleticsusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  PLEASE DO NOT AFFIX THE RETURN LABEL DIRECTLY TO THE SHOE BOX

Water bottles and apparel are not eligible for returns and refunds. 


DELIVERY ISSUES 
If your order doesn't arrive within 7-10 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please visit the carrier's website and input the tracking number to check the delivery status.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Yes! Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave the fulfillment center. Please contact the carrier to initiate a "Missing Mail Search" service request and/ or file an Insurance Claim.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Shoes that show signs of wear and tear that cannot be resold are not eligible for a refund.  

In case the damage was caused by the carrier, please contact the carrier to file a damage claim.


EXCEPTIONS | NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on closeout items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES 
We are happy to work with you to find the correct size shoe. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The restocking fee will still apply. 


REFUNDS 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
