1. General Shipping Policy

3. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
· Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases of delayed shipping, as these charges are paid directly to the carrier.
4. Responsibility During Delayed Shipments
· We work diligently with our shipping partners to resolve delays as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been shipped.
· Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, or natural events are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for a chargeback or refund of the product cost.
5. Chargeback Disputes
· Fraudulent chargebacks are taken seriously. Initiating a chargeback for delayed shipping without following our outlined dispute resolution process (see Section 6) may result in legal action or additional fees for recovery of funds.

· We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering store credit, refunds (where applicable), or expedited reshipment.
7. Order Cancellations
· If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting us directly.
· Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and our return policy applies.
8. Customer Agreement
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that shipping delays are a possibility. The customer also agrees to work with us to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback.
