Ludis, latin for sports, is a wholistic interdisciplinary team that gives athletes access to their own sports performance team just like the pros. Ludis Athletics focuses on incorporating the latest scientific development in sports allowing athletes of all ages the opportunity to fully understand their body and maximize their ability to perform at a high level, as well as improve longevity and reducing injuries. Athletes will have access to a Registered Dietician, Certified Sports Mental Consultant, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy to reach their goals. Ludis Athletics also has an online community dedicated to athletes of all ages. Our goal is to provide our members with an exclusive platform where they can build a support network of professionals and gather, maintain, and monitor key data specific to your own body.

Founder Leigh Jaynes is an American freestyle wrestler and beach wrestler who started wrestling in high school after a coach dared her to try out for the team.
Jaynes won bronze at both the 2006 World Beach Wrestling Championships and the 2015 World Wrestling Championships in Women's freestyle 60 kg.
Jaynes also competed in the 2007 World Wrestling Championships and the 2012 World Wrestling Championships.
Her daughter, Evelyn Jaynes, is one of YES! Athletics brand ambassadors. She is currently the NJ State Champion.
