In a world where customer service is increasingly handled by bots, automated emails, and endless phone menus, something important is being lost: the human touch.
At Yes! Athletics, we’ve made a different choice. We believe that athletes—and especially female wrestlers and their families—deserve real conversations with real people.
As the founder of Yes! Athletics, I started this company to solve a real problem. Girls in wrestling were forced to wear shoes designed for boys. They didn’t fit right, they didn’t feel right, and they didn’t represent the confident, powerful athletes these girls truly are. So, we created the first line of wrestling shoes made specifically for women and girls—built on a woman’s last, designed to fit right, and made to empower every female wrestler who laces them up.
But from day one, this brand was never just about shoes. It’s about supporting the girls, coaches, and parents who make this sport so special. That same philosophy guides our customer support today.
When you reach out to Yes! Athletics, you won’t get a chatbot or an automated message. You’ll talk to a real person—someone who knows wrestling, understands our products, and genuinely wants to help. Whether you’re a coach ordering team wrestling gear, a parent trying to find the right girls wrestling shoe size, or an athlete looking for the best women’s wrestling apparel, we’re here to listen.
Sometimes that person on the other end of the line is me. I love those conversations, because they remind me why I started this journey—to make sure every girl on the mat feels seen, supported, and strong.
To us, great customer service isn’t just about answering questions or fixing issues. It’s about building community, creating trust, and showing our athletes that they matter.
So while many brands are turning to automation, Yes! Athletics will continue to do what we’ve always done—put people first. Because our mission goes beyond selling wrestling shoes. We’re here to champion the next generation of female wrestlers, one real conversation at a time.
