YES! Athletics Named Exclusive Apparel Vendor for Wrestling and Powerlifting at 43rd Alabama State Games

MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA  –  Yes! Athletics, with headquarters in Topeka, KS,  the leading performance apparel brand dedicated to female athletes, has been selected as the exclusive apparel vendor for wrestling and powerlifting events at the Alabama State Games. The announcement was made by the ASF Foundation, organizers of the Alabama State Games.

Through this partnership, Yes! Athletics offers high-performance competition and training apparel designed for athletes competing in two of the fastest-growing strength sports in the country.

This collaboration shows we're committed to supporting athletes with gear that is functional, inclusive, and built for performance.

“We are incredibly honored to be selected by the ASF Foundation as the exclusive vendor for wrestling and powerlifting,” said Deb North, Founder of Yes! Athletics. “These sports demand strength, resilience, and confidence—and athletes deserve apparel that matches that intensity. We’re proud to support competitors at the Alabama State Games with products designed for how they actually move and compete.”

The Alabama State Games, founded in 1982 at the request of the US Olympic Committee,  is Alabama’s largest multi-sport event that brings together athletes of all ages and skill levels from across the state and beyond having more than 4,000 athletes competing in 2025.

Wrestling and powerlifting continue to grow rapidly, particularly among female athletes, making this partnership especially meaningful for Yes! Athletics, a brand that has championed women in combat and strength sports since its inception.

“We are excited to partner with Yes! Athletics for this year’s, and hopefully future, Alabama State Games,” said Laura Creel Burt, ASF Foundation CEO and Executive Director of the Alabama State Games. “Their focus on quality, innovation, and athlete-first, affordable design aligns with our mission to provide an exceptional experience for all participants. Partnering with Yes! Athletics also provides us the first opportunity to offer branded Alabama State Games merchandise unique to the sports of wrestling and powerlifting. These two sports have grown throughout the years, and this partnership is another step in that evolution.”

As part of the partnership, Yes! Athletics will offer event-specific apparel and gear for competitors, coaches, and fans, both onsite and online. The collection will feature performance-driven designs as well as commemorative items celebrating the Alabama State Games experience.
